Everyone from Jamie the office administrator, Vartan and Hayk as the State Farm agents, are unbelievably nice, efficient, and very competitive in pricing for my home and autos. They are not mired in red tape like other companies. They are very consumer friendly."

"I had a mixed experience with this office this week. I've been on an auto and renters policy since February, and had said I wanted the Drive Safe and Save option. I never received it, so I'd email occasionally to check in. Never heard back. Finally got around to calling on Wednesday, and the person I got (Irene, though I may have misheard) was very unhelpful. It turns out the option had not been added to my policy, despite my verbal confirmations otherwise at setup. She said that there was no way to backdate the discount and that I could have it going forward, but couldn't get my previous months' money back. I felt like she wanted me to go away instead of working with me to address the problem. Diana is great, though! She took responsibility and found a way to apply what I should not have paid as credit to my account. My advice: find a good agent like Diana and stick with them. Don't trust just anyone taking your call to be willing to help you."

They are amazing and always make us feel that we are important to them and that we will get all the help needed throughout the process.
