The team—especially the owner and staff—are professional, responsive, and always ready to help, whether it’s adding a vehicle, managing homeowners insurance, or answering general questions. While everyone there is helpful, my favorite person to work with is Diana. She’s always pleasant, incredibly knowledgeable, and she consistently follows up promptly. That said, my frustration is with State Farm as a company. After an accident caused by another driver, I was left to file the claim online and handle the communication with the other party myself. Shortly after, my premium also went up. I felt like State Farm didn’t step in or offer enough support once the claim was filed."
